Free e-signatures

Send anything. Sign everything. Pay nothing.

Unlimited documents, unlimited signers, and a court-ready audit trail on every signed copy. The big platforms charge $20 to $40 per user, per month, for this. Signathing is free - no trial clock, no envelope limits, no card.

Your signers never need an account.

From PDF to signed in four steps

1

Upload your PDF

A contract, a lease, a waiver, an offer letter - any PDF you need signed. The original is never altered; every signed copy is built beside it.

2

Place the fields

Drag signature, initials, date, and text boxes exactly where they belong on the page, and assign each one to a signer.

3

Send the links

Every signer gets their own private link by email or text. They review, consent, and sign from any device - no account, no app.

4

Get the certified copy

The signed PDF comes back with a certificate: every signer, timestamp, IP, and device, plus a digital fingerprint of the original document. Copies go to every party automatically.

Everything the paid platforms charge for. Included.

Electronic signatures are recognized under the federal ESIGN Act and state electronic transaction laws. What makes a signed record hold up is the evidence around it - consent, identity, timing, and proof the document wasn't changed. Signathing captures all of it on every request, free.

Send your first document
  • Drawn or typed signatures, per-page initials, dates, and text fields
  • Multiple signers on one document, each with their own private link
  • Delivery by email or text message, with reminders and status tracking
  • An explicit consent step before anyone signs, captured with the record
  • A SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact original bytes - tampering is detectable
  • A certificate appended to every signed PDF with the full audit trail
  • Signed copies delivered to every party the moment the last signature lands
  • A verified stamp beside every signature - date, time, and a unique code anyone can check at signathing.com/verify

Why is it free?

Signathing is owned and operated by AllContraX LLC, an American veteran-owned software company. Our paid business tools keep the lights on, so signing doesn't have to. There is no free tier that expires, no document counter waiting to hit a paywall - e-signing on Signathing is free, forever, on purpose.

Questions, answered

Is it really free?

Yes. Unlimited documents, unlimited signers, no trial clock, no per-envelope fees, no card to start. Signing is funded by our parent company's paid business tools, not by your documents - so free stays free.

Is it legally binding?

Electronic signatures are recognized under the federal ESIGN Act and state electronic transaction laws (UETA). Every Signathing request captures the things that matter: the signer's explicit consent to sign electronically, the signature tied to that signer's private link, a certificate with the full audit trail, and a digital fingerprint proving the document wasn't changed.

Do my signers need an account?

No. Signers click their private link, review the document, and sign from any phone or computer. Only the person sending documents needs the free account.

What happens if someone declines?

The request is marked declined, you're notified with their reason, and the record keeps the full history. You can also cancel a request yourself any time before it's completed.

What do I get back when everyone has signed?

A certified PDF: your original pages untouched, your signers' marks applied where you placed the fields, a verification stamp beside each signature (date, time, and a unique code checkable at signathing.com/verify), and certificate pages listing every signer, timestamp, IP address, device, and the document's fingerprint. Every party gets a copy automatically.

Where do my documents live?

Right here. Your free Signathing account keeps every contract you've sent, its signers, its status, and its complete history - saved to your email, ready whenever you need the record.

The next thing you need signed, send it free.
